Today we did the climb of Croix de la Fer from Saint-Jean de Maurienne. It is a 28 kms climb that I managed to do in 2hours 12 minutes. Tough climb, very painfulll and warm, with temperatures going up to 35 degrees. Tomorrow it is a rest day and Thursday the ride with the complete Nike team.

Hoje nós subimos o Croix de la Fer desde Saint Jean de Maurienne. É uma subida de 28 quilômetros que consegui subir em 2 horas e 12 minutos. Uma subida muito dura, dolorosa e quente, com temperaturas chegando aos 35 graus. Amanhã é relaxar e quinta-feira o primeiro treino com o time da Nike inteiro.
