Second interval training of the week. 3 times 3 minutes and 2 of 5 minutes. Not the same intensity of Tuesday as I’m a bit tired from yesterday mtb ride. Next week: 5 times 5 minutes.

And Sunday it will be time for Arnhem team ride. +/- 95 kms and a good time for testing the new bike, the legs and the form. Really curious to see how the legs will hold on the Posbank.
