| Today was the first ride in France. A 50 + ride to shake the 14 hours car travel from Holland and get the legs loose. We left the village we are staying, Aucun, went down to the village of Argeles-Gazost and did the climb to Cauretes. A very nice climb with beautiful views and gradients around 8%. My heart rate was too high but it is always like that the day after a long travel by car. Tomorrow we will do a longer ride and maybe climbing the Cold du Aubisque. See the pictures after the link. | Hoje foi o dia da primeira volta na França. Uma volta de 50+ quilômetros para limpar o sistema da viagem de 14 horas até aqui. Saímos do hotel em Aucun, descemos até a vila de Argeles-Gazost e subimos até Cauretes. Uma subida muito bonita e com inclinação por volta dos 8%. Meu ritmo cardíaco estava muito alto mas é normal depois de uma viagem longa de carro. Amanhã vai ser uma volta mais longa, talvez subindo o Col Du Aubisque. Dá uma olhada nas fotos depois do link. |
