| Nice unexpected ride today. When the father of one of my daughter’s little friends learned I like cycling, he asked me if I wanted to go tonight. As I didn’t have any ride done this weekend I took the opportunity and it turned out to a almost 50 kms ride with a good speed against a strong head/cross wind. Better than stay sitting in the couch… | Um bom inesperado treino hoje. Quando o pai de uma das amiguinhas da minha filha descobriu que eu gosto de ciclismo, perguntou se eu queria ir hoje mesmo. Como eu não tinha feito nenhum treino nesse fim de semana, aproveitei a oportunidade. Quase 50 kms contra vento forte. Melhor do que ficar sentado no sofá. |
