ETAPE DU TOUR DAY 3

ACESSO PARA O COMEÇO DA SUBIDA DO TELEGRAPH E GALLIBIER ONDE JANTAMOS.

Hoje foi dia de descanso e preparação para a corrida. Colocamos as bicicletas no ônibus às 8:00 e saímos em direção a Modane, onde vai ser a saída da Etape du Tour. Seguimos por parte do caminho que a corrida vai passar e é muito bonito. Mas também já deu prá ver como vai ser difícil.

Today was rest day and preparation for the Etape. We loaded the bikes in the bus at 8:00 and left to Modane, where it is the start of the race. We followed part of the path of the race tomorrow and it is stunning. But it also possible to see how tough it is going to be.




Fomos a vila para pegar o número de inscrição e ver os stands com as maiores marcas de bicicletas. Infelizmente, porque atrasamos no caminho, só tivemos uma hora para fazer tudo. O que não deixou tempo nenhum para ver as bikes, as roupas, etc. Dalí, fomos ao hotel, limpamos a bikes, colocamos de volta no ônibus e saímos para jantar. Abaixo, as fotos do dia.

Amanhã a corrida começa às 7:00. O que significa que terei que acordar às 4:00. Finalmente o grande dia...

We went then to the departure village to get the registration numbers and take a look at the stants from the biggest bike brands. Unfortunately because we got delayed on the way, we only had one hour to do everything. And that didn't leave time to take a look in the bikes, clothing, etc. From there we went to the hotel, cleaned the bikes and load them back in the bus. And we went to have dinner right at the corner where the Telegraph climb start. Below some pictures of the day.
