TUESDAY: Recovery spin
WEDNESDAY:45 min fitness (leg work + squat) + 20 min yoga
THURSDAY: REST
FRIDAY: Spinning interval
SATURDAY: REST
Sunday is the firs long road bike ride: 80kms. Starting with -2 degrees C and finishing with max 2. it is going to heart.
