TEAM READY TO TACKLE THE COL DU SABOT ON DAY 1
Three days in the French Alpes is a gift. Fantastic weather with the sun shinning, 37 degrees Celsius and steep hills to tackle. On day one e faced the Col du Sabot on a 82 kms ride. An average of 9% gradient. Tough as they come. The second day we went to the bottom of Alpe D'Huez and did a time trial. I finished in 1 hour and 14 minutes. Better then the previous results. On the 3rd day we went for a wet 121 kms ride facing the climb from Sechilenne to La Frey, the rolling hills of the valley and the Col D'Ornon, a average 6% climb. Fantastic day. |
